The National Association of Music Merchants Conference (NAMM) officially wrapped up on Sunday, January 27th in Anaheim, California. With over 100,000 attendees, NAMM 2019 was a groundbreaking gathering of the most prominent instrument and music accessory companies in the world, and Ernie Ball Music Man was out in full force for all the action. With countless artist performances and interviews, to go along with a major slate of new product announcements, NAMM 2019 was undoubtedly one for the books. The 2019 John Petrucci Signature Majesty Guitar

The 2019 Majesty guitar in the Tiger Eye finish features a three-piece Honduran mahogany neck with a center strip of highly figured maple and an Alder Body with carved maple top. A polyester gloss finish is applied to the complete instrument. Find out more about the instrument here.

2019 Jason Richardson Cutlass 7 Guitar 

Ernie Ball Music Man artist and infamous shredder, Jason Richardson, has collaborated with our engineering team to create a Cutlass 7 model that is unique to his own preferences and style, available in July 2019 worldwide. The guitar will feature a figured roasted maple neck with ebony fingerboard, highlighted with 24 medium jumbo stainless steel frets, 15-inch radius and a slender neck carve for fast playability. The 2019 Joe Dart Signature Bass

We are elated to welcome Vulfpeck bass player, Joe Dart to the Ernie Ball Music Man signature artist series collection this year. Dart’s first signature bass was unveiled at NAMM, followed up by a performance on the new instrument with his fellow Vulfpeck bandmate, Jack Stratton. The sleek new bass will be coming to market in the coming months of 2019.

The 2019 Short Scale StingRay Special Bass 

Available worldwide in September, the 2019 Ernie Ball Music Man Short Scale StingRay Special is a passive bass, offering a big thumpy round sound in a convenient smaller package. With a body made from ash, and a neck constructed from hard rock maple, this bass features a variety of reinvented and classic features, coming in two unique finishes. The Dustin Kensrue Artist Series StingRay guitar features a lightweight African mahogany body with a satin vintage tobacco burst finish and a darkly tinted, satin maple neck.
